For the past six months, Google has been hunting down sites and blogs that get high click-through rate and high AdSense earning. The reason is that they blended their AdSense ads too much with content; making the ads look part of the content. This definitely will generate high click through rate but Google doesn't like it because the visitors not aware they are clicking ads. I was once suspended by Google for blending the ads too much.
